INSIDE THE VILLA

At Highgate Hideaway you will find:

  • Spacious, contemporary open plan living area with 3 sofas and plenty of space for relaxing. Watch the TV or a DVD or relax with a good book!

  • Up to date fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. A sizeable selection of plates, bowls and glasses for both indoor and outdoor use. Cutlery, a full set of pans, everything you could need to create your own meals. Two bar stools at the breakfast bar.

  • Dining area with large table and six chairs.

  • Master suite with king size bed, plenty of storage, flat screen TV, walk in wardrobe, large en-suite with shower, corner bath, large vanity units holding two basins and separate toilet.

  • Queen suite with queen size bed, plenty of storage, large built in wardrobe, flat screen TV, bathroom has a low sided bath with shower over, basin in vanity unit, toilet.

  • One twin bedroom, with full size twin beds, plenty of storage, large built in wardrobes, flat screen TVs.

  • 1 bunk room with twin over full size bed  (+ trundle twin bed), plenty of storage, large built in wardrobes, flat screen TVs.

  • Jack and Jill bathroom between the twin bedrooms with bath and shower over, basin in large vanity unit and toilet. 

  • Keep the kids (of all ages) happy in our fantastic games room. Complete with pool table, air hockey, dartboard, TV and X-Box.

  • For our very young guests you will find a high chair, bed-guard, stroller, travel cot/playpen, baby monitor.

  • Air conditioning and heating throughout.

  • Living seated area and all bedrooms are fully carpeted, other areas including Games Room are fully tiled.

  • Suitable for the elderly and infirm - only one step to the porch at the front of the villa and a small step down from the patio doors to the lanai.

OUSIDE THE VILLA

Soak up the Florida sunshine on our extremely private pool/spa deck or for those preferring shade there is a covered lanai. Enjoy relaxing evenings whilst sitting or dining by the pool which can be illuminated.

  • Table and chairs to seat 8.

  • Sun loungers and pool towels are provided. 

  • Pool and spa with heating option $35 per day.  

  • Covered screening to keep the pool clean and the bugs out.

  • Pool safety fence (removable)

  • Outside shower. 

  • Removable pool safety fence.  

  • Tennis courts and children’s play area are situated on Highgate Park.
